Y'know, if I could actually speak my native language more fluently, then this trip would be perfect. But nothing perfect is ever easily obtainted. So I'll make due with admiring the surroundings.

Being here always lets me open up my mind a bit more than usual. For the simple fact that the scenery is always great and gives me a bit more drive. Thus making it easier for me to create, which is pretty much all I do besides whore out my Facebook @.@.

So, my birthday passed and it was a big milestone for me. New freedoms for me, but the best ones only apply where I am now. Still, it'll be sweet once I return stateside.

Anyone out there play The World Ends With You? It's really a brilliant game. Makes you think and act quickly, plus the story and gameplay are equally amazing. Always will be a favorite game of mine.

Breaking news!


I'm done with High School! Finally! My 4 years without parole have been served. Off to real life and the world. But not before stopping at a checkpoint.



What does this mean?

• It means that this summer is where I can relieve the built up pressure and stress and let it flow through my "artistic" outlets. More time to practice (music and sketching), more opportunities to draw inspiration, more time to work on personal projects. Sure I have a few dates of importance this June but they're scattered enough that I can have breaks in between. Final end of game events that i have to go through (like numerous cut scenes after beating the final boss).


• So, this summer I want to accomplish as much as possible. And judging by these first few days of freedom, it will be surprisingly simple, so long as I take my time. I need to learn to slow down a tad, after having to shift into higher gears for the last half year.


• Hopefully I can learn some new stuff along the way. Really want to learn to sauder in pickups into my guitars. And maybe learn to drive a stick shift.....maybe.

EDIT: Oh yes, I almost forgot, I got my licesne...big ups.
Well, this seems sufficient enough for an update...I'll be back with more (because I can now!).

News:
-Less than 10 days left of school. I need to get out of here.

-Do or Die! My driving permit expires this July, therefore if I don't get a license soon, I'm screwed.

-I have some new t-shirt ideas but i can't seem to get one of them right. If I really try, I could probably pull them off....you know what...I WILL pull them off.


-My composing practice has been kicking in. It feels good to just play and see what happens when you don't worry about Theoretical Jargon.

-What?

So I think that's about it for now. More later if I--WHEN I accomplish something.

It seems that I apparently suck at keeping a running journal. Oh well. 

Let's see, some NEWS:

-School's almost out, for good. These next 4+ months will be busy as hell. I can not wait to move into college. So many new opportunities, and that's just what I need.

-Guitar studies have been good. Still trying to find my own sound. I need to work on writing more material. I know I can, I'm just too critical of myself.

-Maybe work on learning some traditional art skills. I've never taken a "real" art class. Maybe I can read some stuff online in my spare time.

-I guess I never actually mentioned this anywhere but I now have 5 guitars. Excessive? Maybe. Worth it? Yes. One more step in finding a sound.

-I can't think of anything more.

So that should suffice for now I suppose.  Still want to keep this blog moving, use pictures, maybe if i get really fancy I'll put videos.

Yeah, sorry about that...for whoever is out there. Uh so, here is a flow of events, past and present in my life (commence epic fail):
-Accepted to UmassLowell
-Started working out again
-Been reading a lot
-Installed recording software into personal computer
-Bought a Whammy pedal (sheer brilliance)

More eventually.

I need to get on the license test asap.

Due to lack of pictures on the main computer and internet on my own, i cannot post the pictures i intended to post just yet (mark my words I will).

Off I go now, to fix the internet! (quite literally, i need to fix my router).
